Scope
This policy explains how Sediva handles information while you organize a personal song library, record practice, and prepare setlists on an Apple device.
Information You Choose to Enter
You may enter song titles, artists, genres, languages, key preferences, readiness ratings, durations, notes, practice check-ins, ratings, and setlist names and arrangements. A note may contain information you choose to include. Please avoid entering sensitive personal information that is not needed for your own music planning.
Practice and Library Records
Sediva uses the records you create to display your library, remember song settings, show practice history and progress, create setlists, and restore those records when you reopen the app. It does not use your library or notes for behavioral advertising.
Local Device Storage
Song, check-in, and setlist records are stored in an on-device database. App preferences, including appearance choices and reminder settings, are also retained locally. These records are intended to remain on the device until you edit, delete, or reset them, or remove the app and its data. Device backups are controlled by your device and platform settings.
Notifications
If you turn on a practice reminder, Sediva requests notification permission through the system prompt and schedules a local reminder on your device. You can disable reminders in the app or change notification permission in device settings. Notification content is generated from local reminder settings.
How Information Is Shared
Sediva does not operate a remote service for your song or practice records and does not disclose those records to advertising partners. Apple may handle limited device or app-distribution information under its own policies when you obtain or use the app through its platform.
Security
We design Sediva so its working records stay on your device. No method of device storage is completely risk-free; protect your device with the security controls available to you and keep its software current.
Your Choices
You can edit or delete songs, practice entries, and setlists within Sediva. You can turn reminders on or off and use the app's available reset or deletion controls. Removing the app may remove locally stored data, subject to device backup behavior.
Children
Sediva is not directed to children, and it is not designed for collecting information from children.
Changes
We may revise this policy when Sediva changes. The date above shows when it was last updated.
